We are teaming up with local rising stars of the craft ale scene Totally Brewed, to provide some quality ballast for the suppers at their brewery in the Cattle Market to celebrate their first year in business. All their ales, local music and free range pork, the perfect mix!

The Crown Inn - Beeston

We are proud to attend the fabulous Crown Inn for one of their ever popular Summer weekends. There will be guest ales (on top of their already dizzying array of quality beers), a marquee and local bands playing late into the night. We will of course have our porchetta, pulled pork and bar snacks, crispy pickled shiitakes and our stunning duck fat pork scratchings!

As usual we will be attending the Nottingham Regional Fine Food Market that takes place in Nottingham's historic market square on the 3rd Friday and Saturday of each month. We will be serving up our delicious Porchetta and 12 Hour Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork and for all you early birds we'll have dry cured bacon sandwiches to die for until they run out!
